I don't think so. It'd be hard to do in 2D. And you can play as a Koopa in most Mario Kart games anyway. Maybe if I could pull off some sort of mode 7 thing.

well, megazario, apparently the KOOPALINGS appeared in SMB3 AND SMW, then nintendo ditched them for some reason. they replaced the koopalings with bowser jr cuz BJ looked cooler than the koopalings in higher graphics. I still think the koopalings pwnt. BJ only replaces the koopalings.
