In koopa's revenge 2 what will the worlds be like? (Like world 3 a beach or World 5 a posinous swamp)
Personally I think you should stick to the basics and call it a koopas revenge II. If it was meant to come after the first and be about the same thing you could make a series of it. Morphing the title can be misleading to fans or newbies. Adding to the title on the other hand is perfectly expectable as it's been done with many sequels to games.
