At the end of 5-2 of the first section the guys clip into the windows weirdly.

At the end of any level with a flag, you can jump over it and beat the level jumping the other way thus making clipping issues and if there's no floor at the end of a flag and jump on the flag on the opposite side you stand on invisible floors.

A cool idea is a clock that is ten seconds (from most of the new mario games) and since there's no time limit it sets a time somewhere in the HUD and there's only ten seconds and once it's up you die, they will mostly be at the end of a level and you could do some cool stuff with it in a level.

I'll have to fix.

You can also just jump into it facing the wrong way. I'll make it so touching the pole makes the character face the right direction. A lot of these glitches are things I'm aware of, but because they're not gamebreaking or even hampering I don;t fix them until someone complains. So keep pointing these out, everybody.

Too late in development for anything like that. Personally, I dislike the time limits in the NSMB games, it's an outdated mechanic leftover from arcades, like lives. If I do a Koopa 3, there likely won;t be a lives system.

Alright, I think I've found all the pipes- purple, blue, red, green, and pink. That purple one was well hidden, but it helped knowing where I had to look.

Anyway, still stuck on the looping section of Mario's Castle, but I'm getting closer.

Ok, Mario is really difficult. And I know from the screenshots that this isn't even his true final form. I assume that's the version that comes with the good ending, although I won't know until I beat this one.

One question- does it make any difference whether you have Fire or Lightning for the fight? As far as I can tell, neither one can hit him.

The good ending boss will make Muscle Mario look like a pussy.

Found the green pipe, I thought it was in world 1, that's why I couldn't find it. I have 68 star coins.
Now I have all palaces, kooplings, pipes and secret exits, just need star coins, 1 permanent power-up and when the update comes out, i'll find the pink switch.

Find all those secrets!

Alright, beat Mario. (I guess spoilers here.)

I'm not sure the music for his first phase really fits. I've already beaten the first room by the time it even finishes the first cymbal crash- I feel like it needs to move a little faster. It sounds too... atmospheric, I guess, for the one-on-one duel this is meant to be.
His second phase music is great, though.

On that note, I feel like there should be more of a transition between the first and second phases- at least some hint that he's powering up or that something special is happening before he shows up.

Now. Time to find all the star coins! Also Ludwig.

It's because the music starts at the wrong time. It's meant to start when you enter the boss room.

That would ruin the surprise.

I JUST FOUND EVERYTHING IN A KOOPA'S REVENGE 2!!! All star coins, all koooplings, all 3 permanent power-ups, all pipes, all secret exits and all switch palaces!!! When the update comes out i'll get the pink switch. Am I the first to do this? Will beta testers still have the beta if the game came out? Shell selector isn't unlocked, but I can't read how to get it anyway, because of the cut-off. Will I get 2 kitty face's this time? Haha.

It's insta death if you go behind muscle mario.

In castle mario if you have daytime ghost power-up there's a way you can get A LOT of lives.

I'm thinking of replacing those lives with something more rewarding. Lives are cheap.

In Level 1 of AKP2 I can't get past the slide jump part. Could you get rid of that part becaue when I try to do it I just fall.

You mean in the tutorial? Are you doing the slide jump correctly? Just slide off the edge to about where the coin is then press ans hold S to jump.

I JUST FOUND THE PINK SWITCH!!! I made a new game and saved on another file to test the space jump since I got the screw attack before the space jump and I was in the first switch palace and then found a secret within a secret and I found the pink switch. It activates the yellow switch too, so that's cool. This means I just got 100% in the game. Any reaction MCSMStudios?

Not sure what you mean by that. The real game will replace the beta.

Glitch w/ screw attack, when you hug against a wall you're no longer invincible.

Shyguy doesn't have an outline for the screw attack and he doesn't have a game over screen.

I think there should be some sort of downside to the screw attack, on the new file once I got the screw attack I beat the game under an hour, even castle mario was easy.

I don't like how there are 2 metriod permanent power-ups, space jump has no use after you get the screw attack and seems weird.

Pink switch is in every switch palace, I think I said too much before when I was talking about the pink switch, sorry :(

Well, it is sort of a cheat. And it's not exactly easy to get.

You're supposed to use the Space Jump to get the Screw Attack. I'm still trying to figure out how you got the Screw Attack first. It's probably a programmming quirk because I didn't expect anyone to get just the Screw Attack but the Space Jump very much does have a purpose, it let's you jump in the air repeatedly.

A bit. Pretty much gave it away.

I jumped on R and then wall jumped to the things from metriod 1, that's how I got screw attack first.

Wow. I knew it was theoretically possible, but I never thought somebody would do it so soon. Kudos. When the game's out you should make a youtube video showing that.

I've tried so many browsers and I still can't get the update, i'm assuming deleting your cache means delete your save files and that is something I don't want to do.

No, it means deleting the cached files in your browser. To preserve bandwidth and speedup load times browsers store file for images and things like swf files so it can load them from the harddrive later rather than downloading each time.

Welp, I just deleted my browsing history, came back saw the update and was blown away by the menu.

Sucks though 'cause now I have to beat the game 100% again, but i'm already at 80% so that's cool, I tried to beat the game w/o the use of the pipes, I only unlocked them after I got to where the pipes lead to.

My favorite things about the update is the reduced lag and the "hitting 2 at a time" with the question mark boxes thing and the motion blur to the screw attack and space jump and the menu, of course.

I'm happy the screw attack got a down side and can no longer obliterate bricks. This means you can't get stuff easily.

Lots of bugs though, you can't turn off R, you can't get the faces for the power-ups( when you click the face in the menu it does nothing), some of the stuff in the menu can only be clickable or pressing S, like when you're exiting to main menu, and you can't hit hint blocks even if they're on, when you go to the main menu it plays the song you were hearing in the overworld and that's it, lots of bugs. Good update, though.

Shouldn't have to start over. Deleting your history shouldn't delete the save files.

There's really no reason to turn off Rush. It's because the coins collected stat has been reset, you need 1000 coins for each face to unlock, I think it wasn't even implemented before and you could pick any face regardless of your coin count. Not sure what you're talking about here, everything seems to work whether clicking or pressing S. Hint blocks were an oversight and will be fixed. I'm aware of the music thing, I left it in because why not? The menu has no music yet. I wouldn't consider five bugs to be lots.
