Seems I misunderstood you. I thought you had never found the red switch, sorry. There'a a way to reenter a Switch Palace, but it can only be done once they're all completed, so you don't need to start a new file.
i have all them but the medal i have is glithed i think?
I may have double misunderstood you. Getting all the Switch Palaces gets you a medal, but not Tanooki Proxy. That one is hidden.
