Well, it is actually suitable to submit live action videos to NG if you want to submit it here, in fact there are many live action videos in NG, such as the video Kojima Leaves Konami, and many other videos that I have forgotten their names. The main thing is that whether the video itself is good or not is just up to viewers to vote it otherwise you are free to submit any media that contain animated scenes in it.
Lambta.co makes comedy sketches, cartoons, and games. Since I don't know what the purpose of friending is on NG, I'll be denying all requests.

Maybe there are more live action videos in the portal these days, and I just haven't noticed. Probably because of the preroll ads. I find myself watching less stuff because I don't want to sit through an add for something that will potentially suck noodles.
I seen liveaction submissions uploaded here since the early 2000's.
Some of those submissions get surprisingly positive feedback.
I've seen some live action submissions win portal awards at rare times.
Usually it's the viral type stuff like Numa Numa. I think NG is hostile to live video because it's kind of slippery slope to just having people upload vlogs. Which I can respect.

Isn't Newgrounds a place for artists? To me comedy/movies is an art form as well.

I just get the impression live action stuff is frowned upon, I suppose. Unless somebody who is already big does it.
