First up, a new and long overdue episode of Dick Sombrero & Balls Maloney: Private Investigators. A radio show about two detectives and their innappropriate antics.

I've been working on getting more comedy related stuff out, and it's going well. Got a few videos totally done and scheduled to go out. Trying to show NG more love, but cartoons are a lot more time consuming than live video. I'll try to get more out anyway.

Secondly, new AKR2 video is out.

In related news, I'll be doing the last update to AKR2. Hopefully fix the NaN Lives glitch, as well as a few other minor things. If there are any issues with the game I'm not aware of, I need to know asap. Once that's out I can finally get going on the next game.

Man, I still love this game, I just wish it didn't have the same fate as The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (meaning that everything was spoiled in the first 2 days). I also wish GameXplain did analysis videos (or just regular videos) about Koopa 2 since on their old channel, they covered Koopa 1.

Whatever, still an amazing game. I also want to tell you to take your time with all these projects you have in the works, if people have to wait longer, that's ok, as long as we know that waiting has a better outcome.

That's just the trouble with the internet age. Everything is spoiled. Though the lack of widespread coverage means most of the people playing the game have little exposure to it's secrets. The GameXplain guys covered Koopa 1? Must not have had the means to capture big studio game gameplay. Still, it's something I'd like to see.

Well, there's taking my time and there's procrastinating. I'll try not to procrastinate.

i got a glitch. if you switch to your reserve powerup when you get a powerup, it shows a white box in the middle of your character.

Also I got into Mother 4 beta testing, getting to play the beta for this game inspired me to tryout for Mother 4 beta testing, and I got it!

Excellent. I didn't even know there was going to be a Mother 4. After all it's been over a decade since Mother 3.

Well, Shigesato Itoi (The creator of Mother) was called up by a group of 21 people that wanted to make a Mother 4 fan game and wanted Itoi's permission to use the name "Mother 4", Itoi said "Hey, why not just make Mother 4 officially? If it's good enough, I will mark it as an official title." The team was ecstatic by what he said, but the game is still considered a fan game until it gets through Itoi's inspection. The game will be done in the first half of 2015 and the website is www.mother4game.com. The game looks amazing and it will be on PC, Mac, and Linux at launch (other platforms are unknown for the time being, but will most likely have affiliation with Nintendo and their platforms due to Shigesato Itoi and his magic). The game runs like magic and can probably be played on a potato.

Pretty cool. The animations remind me of the Mario & Luigi games. This could turn out to be very interesting.

Yeah, the thing that confuses me is what they put on their FAQ. They just put a lot of questions and answers that seemed outdated on the FAQ. It's pretty confusing, because it seems like my post on here got countered by a lot of the stuff said on the website. Oh, I also found out that even if this game does go to Nintendo and their platforms (which is still likely by a lot), it will still be free. Cheers for that!

Onto Koopa 2, how do I know if the update is out? The update number is the same when I load the game up (being 1.1). Is the update out, or are you just talking progress?

I find sites for developing games and movies are always months outdated. Seems everyone involved would rather spend time on the project itself, rather than the website for it.

I'll probably do a post on my site, and maybe on NG, when the update is released. It will be version 1.11. I haven't even started the update yet, at least in terms of actually making changes to the game files. I've mostly been trying to work out in my head how to fix the two biggest glitches. But I have some time off from my day job now, so I should be able to get started soon.
