AKR2 Hiatus

Okay, I really need to take a break from this thing. I haven't made much progress in the past month, and I can never seem to work on it for more than half an hour at a time. With a project this size I need 8 hour days to get anything done, and I just don't have the drive.

I'll be taking some time off, and probably make a cartoon or two. Something that involves less thinking. I haven't made a new cartoon in like a year. Gotta clear my head a bit.

I should start up again sometime after Christmas. I'll still accept suggestions but my responses probably won't be as prompt. Maybe if I get inspired I'll start up again sooner, but don't expect anything. It was well over a year between the start and finish of AKR1, not because it was a year's work, but because it got monotonous.

Sorry, guys. I hope you'll enjoy my cartoons though.

oh will there be frechman episode? its been a while from making frenchman episode.. and only 2 episodes. i wonder whats the next part will be.... the 2nd part of the 2nd episode? O.o or continues as episode 3?

I'll probably finish Koopa before I get another Frenchman out. Frenchman episodes are pretty big projects, and the response to the last episode was so minimal, I just haven't gotten into it.

about the cheats of AKR2 will they come out as codes, beat a challenge (like beat world 1, beat 1000 enemies, ETC ETC) or you must complete the game?

That's what I do on my projects. After I get to a spot where there is too much to be done I just say "Blah." and put it away for a while. Then, after a coupla weeks, I go, "Hell yeah, let's FINISH THIS!!!!!!" and plow through the rest of it. Even so, I hope it get's done sometime!

about koopa's revenge 3 (since on KR2 is just jumping throwing and those kinda stuff) can it be combat style? like mario combat? lots of actions and stuff insted of stomping and throwing?

I don't think so. At least not for a numbered sequel. Following up two platformers with a beat-em-up wouldn't make a lot of sense. I don't even want to think about Koopa 3 until 2 is done anyway.
